Shelly Thut

As a transplant to CA in 2000 from west central Florida, I married my husband George in 2002 overlooking Emerald Bay, Lake Tahoe, CA. I absolutely fell in love with Northern California and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. When we moved to Shasta County in DEC 2019, we knew Shingletown was where we wanted to buy our forever home; it’s so reminiscent of where we were married. Our community in Shasta Forest Village is something I brag about: you just don’t find the sense of community in the big cities like we have here in Shingletown and SFV. We’ve developed some wonderful friendships in the short time we’ve been here and feel honored to be a part of the Shasta Forest Village Property Owner’s Association. Hobbies include: Riding my Motorcycles, Hiking/Exploring Nature, Photography, Family.
